Leisure is considered as human rights in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Recreation difficult to separate from the general concept of play, which is usually the term for children’s recreational activities. Children can imitate the play activities that reflect an awareness thatties of adult life. It has been suggested that the play or recreational activity or expression outlet of excess energy, channeled into socially acceptable activities that meet the needs of individuals and communities, without coercion, and provide satisfaction and pleasure for the participants. The traditional view states that the work supported by the recreation, leisure useful to “recharge the batteries” so that increased performance.
